1. Return of goods:

Under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to return the goods purchased without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the seller in writing of the intention to return the goods within 15 days of receipt of the goods via the contact form or by email to info@elder-on.si, and return the goods within a further 30 days.

The return of the received goods to the Company within 14 days of receipt shall be deemed as notification of the intended return.

You must return the goods in the correct packaging, with the original label, undamaged, unwashed (no smell of detergent or fabric softener), unchanged and with no visible signs of use. You must also enclose the original invoice and the details of your account to which you wish to receive the refund. The address for returning the goods to the seller is Gridtech, Knafelčeva ulica 15, 2000 Maribor. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows tracking of the shipment and that you properly prepare the goods for transport (you may use the original packaging or other suitable secure packaging). Any costs of return will be borne by the buyer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery items.

Upon return, the buyer may request the return of the purchase price, which the seller shall refund to the buyer’s account no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. We also offer the possibility of exchanging the product in our online shop. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the postage costs.

We allow companies, sole traders and other legal entities to return shipments of goods under warranty conditions. These organisations do not have the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to give a reason for their decision, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).

You start the refund procedure by filling in the withdrawal form.

2. Returning damaged parcels:

If the parcel is physically damaged, missing contents or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the Slovenian Post Office (Pošta Slovenije). To do this, bring the parcel to the nearest post office in the same condition as when you received it (without adding or removing anything). Remind the post office staff that a Damaged Parcel Report form must be filled in and signed. Together with the Slovenian Post Office (Pošta Slovenije), we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

3. Warranty:

Products are warranted if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid provided that the instructions on the warranty card and the invoice are complied with. Warranty periods are indicated on the warranty card or invoice.

The warranty information is also given on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the product has no warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the supplier, who will provide up-to-date information.

The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide the buyer with a guarantee that the goods purchased will work perfectly. The warranty can be claimed directly from the manufacturer or its authorised repairer. The buyer can claim the warranty by means of the warranty certificate and the seller’s invoice.

The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, failing which the product must be replaced by an equivalent and faultless product.

The buyer can also claim the warranty from the seller, but the previous paragraph applies in this case.

Return of goods under warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated by the manufacturer on the warranty card, at no cost to the buyer.

The consumer’s rights under paragraph 1 shall be extinguished on the expiry of a period of two years from the date on which the consumer informed the seller of the material defect.
